i enjoyed the provided binoculars in the room! i could sit and watch the sea. the room also included a spacious bathroom with modern fixtures.

The stairs to the upper floors creaked a little. Though it added to the charm it could bother some.

Charming stay with a view

The location worked perfectly for my travel plans the room was spacious with simple decorations i found the bed very comfortable it was nice to have a clear view of the sea and the quay from the room. All staff were cute they helped with my suitcase without even asking. The breakfast menu had great options with fresh ingredients. The bathroom looked freshly renovated with a good shower.

The service was fast but a little too fast perhaps things could have been prepared a bit slower.

The location is very convenient for accessing the ferry terminal it is less than a two-minute walk the hotel is housed in a historical building offering charm and character the bathroom was also updated and clean.

friendly staff spacious room sea view

The location was perfect for my ferry trip. i was greeted warmly and staff helped with my suitcase, it was a nice gesture. the room was spacious with simple decoration and spotlessly clean. I appreciated that. the sea view from my first-floor room overlooking the quay was amazing.

the speed of service for dinner was quite fast. it made me think some dishes weren't cooked fresh. i would have preferred a slightly longer wait for freshly prepared food.

staff members were cute and efficient, i thought. the manager assisted non-english speakers with their orders, which i found considerate. the service included attentiveness, with drinks topped up and menus brought promptly.

rushed service noisy street

the breakfast service felt rushed. tables were cleared quickly. also, the room overlooked a noisy street. this made it difficult to sleep with the windows open, and air conditioning was not available. the overall experience was somewhat diminished by these factors.

The staff were very helpful upon arrival with all luggage needs.

The food quality was subpar. I found that speed of service indicated pre-prepared meals and reheating, not fresh cooking. This was disappointing, as I value freshly prepared food.

The room faced the sea. The view from the window was lovely. The food in the pub was very nice. Decor in the pub was also very nice. The room was large and updated. The bathroom was also large and updated. The location for the ferry was perfect.

I thought the traffic on the road below was a bit loud.

faulty remote unstable temperature

the room was clean.

the tv remote did not work. the shower temperature was difficult to regulate, it kept switching between very hot and cold. this made showering uncomfortable.
